Created by John Ed Laborde in 1984, Crawfish Bread was one of the most delicious foods at Jazz Fest (and on Earth!)

Crawfish Bread is made in Marksville, Louisiana, and is a product of Panaroma Foods, Inc.

It is known as one of the foods at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival (and we aren't just saying that!).

Since 1987, Crawfish Bread has created lovely memories for everyone who made the pilgrimage to New Orleans for Jazz Fest. We make every loaf by hand with lots of love, and are always excited to hear about why people love it -- which is why we started a worldwide shipping operation!

It's a delicious combination of bread, cheese, crawfish, spices, and more, combined into one gooey, delicious loaf roughly 12" in length and 4" in width. It's shipped to you frozen. You only need to let it thaw and then toss it in the oven!
